Zen and Meow –  Purchase Terms


All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to these Purchase Terms, Zen and Meow’s Website Terms and Conditions and Zen and Meow’s Privacy Policy. All orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Business Hours

Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Telephone orders may be made at 1‑717-451-9159 Monday through Friday. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.


All orders generally ship within five (5) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Custom items will be shipped within two-three (2-3) weeks after purchase date. All items are shipped via USPS. Zen and Meow is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. All domestic shipments are made via USPS, and may be tracked with a location once shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped.

Payment Options

Terms of payment are within Zen and Meow’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Zen and Meow, payment must be received prior to Zen and Meow’s acceptance of an order. Payments for products may be made by credit card, or some other pre-arranged payment method, unless credit terms have been agreed to by Zen and Meow. Orders are not binding on Zen and Meow until accepted by Zen and Meow.

General Terms

We may revise and discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order with Zen and Meow, you agree that you are buying Zen and Meow’s products for your own use, only, and not for resale.
